LITTLE MAPPER
Privacy
Little Mapper holds only what you and your colleagues submit to it. It watches no other tool and reads no conversation. This page says what it keeps, who can see it, and how to remove it.
Last updated 30 October 2026. Little Mapper is run by Revenant Research. Questions go to nathan@revenantai.com.
What we collect
- Your work email and name. You give your email to sign in. We send a code to it to confirm it is yours. Your name is what you tell us, or the part of your address before the @ until you do.
- What you record. Work, to-dos, messages to colleagues, decisions, handoffs, projects, maps of how your company does things, the company's toolkit, and rules for what an assistant may do in an app. Your assistant sends these to Little Mapper only when you ask it to record something.
- Actions your assistant reports. When an assistant acts in another app on company work, it reports the app, the action and the result. Little Mapper keeps that report in the company's audit log. It does not connect to the other app and cannot see what happened there.
- Pages you share from the browser extension. Only the page or selection you choose to send, as a snapshot at that moment.
- Connections. Which assistants you have connected, and when each was last used. Little Mapper never sees your account or conversations in those assistants.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for a short time.
What we do not do
- We do not read your conversations. An assistant sends Little Mapper only the text it passes to a Little Mapper call.
- We do not sell data, show advertising or build profiles.
- We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. One cookie keeps you signed in on this website.
- We do not ask for payment details, health data or government identifiers. Please do not record them.
Who can see it
- Your colleagues. Shared work, projects, messages and shared maps are visible to the people in your company on Little Mapper who are on that work. Private to-dos are yours alone. A guest from outside the company sees only the projects they are on.
- Administrators. The people who administer your company can read the company's audit log and set company rules.
- Our providers. Heroku hosts the service and its database. Resend delivers the email we send. Both act on our instructions and nothing else.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Email we send
Little Mapper emails you when someone hands you work, asks you for a decision, sends you a message, or when a due date arrives. Reminders are grouped into one message a day. Invitations go to the address a colleague gives. Each message says why it was sent.
How long we keep it
- Records stay as long as your company uses Little Mapper, so that work keeps its history.
- Invitations expire after 14 days. Sign-in codes expire within minutes.
- Assistant connections expire and are refreshed while in use. Disconnecting one revokes it at once.
- Server logs are kept by our provider for a short period and then discarded.
Your controls
- Disconnect any assistant, change your name and manage reminders on your connections page.
- Ask us to delete your account and the records only you hold by emailing nathan@revenantai.com. Shared work stays with your company, with your name on what you wrote, unless an administrator asks us to remove it.
- Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you by the same address.
Age
Little Mapper is a workplace tool. It is not for anyone under 13, and it is not aimed at children.
