Common questions
- My assistant cannot connect. Paste the full address, including the path, and sign in with your work email when the assistant sends you here. If it still fails, disconnect Little Mapper in the assistant and add it again.
- A colleague did not get the email. Invitations and messages come from notifications@littlemapper.com. Ask them to check spam, and check the address you gave.
- I want my data deleted. Email us from the address you signed in with. The privacy page says what is removed and what stays with your company.
- Is the service up? This page answers when it is.
Security
If you find a security problem, email nathan@revenantai.com with the details. Please give us time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will reply within two working days.
